We ship orders five days a week pending inventory availability. Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved, delivery and billing address has been verified and inventory has been allocated to your order.

You can trace your package by using the track and trace code, which will be provided by email after sending your package. You will receive this code as soon as we have transferred your order to our carrier GLS. If you use Track & Trace, you can also see whether any additional information about your order is available.

Missed the first delivery attempt? The carrier will leave a card in your mailbox and return the next day to deliver. Will you be out? Change the delivery date of your package by entering the Track & Trace details and your post code online.

You will receive an email from our carrier (GLS) with a Track & Trace code once your order has left our warehouse. This means you can monitor and change your order online. Pickup at Studywise is no longer possible at this point.

Use the GLS’ Flex Delivery Service link to select an alternative delivery option by 23:59 on the same day:

  • Delivery to a GLS PakketShop of your choice – you decide when you want to collect the package.
  • Delivery on a different date, to your next-door neighbours if necessary.


You can only make these changes on the day you receive the email with the Track & Trace code. If you do not make any changes, the package will be delivered the next working day.

Unable to wait at home for your package? There are two options in this case, depending on what information you have given us.

  1. If you are out, the carrier will try to deliver to your neighbours. If that fails, the package will be taken back to the depot.
  2.  If you are not going to be in and you have instructed us not to deliver to the neighbours, the package will be taken back to the depot.

In both cases, the carrier will leave a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card in your mailbox. You can use the information on this card to leave instructions for the second delivery attempt on the GLS website. For example, you can opt to collect from a GLS PakketShop of your choice. Once you have selected an option, GLS will start processing delivery of your order again.

Pick up your package at Studywise

You have the option to pick up your package at Studywise. When your order is ready, Studywise will inform you by mail when you can pick up your package. Pickup can only take place on set times at the office of Switch IT Solutions (the company Studywise is part of).
